FABRIC HOUSE TERMS & CONDITIONS - CUSTOM MAKING - CUSTOMER SUPPLIED MEASUREMENTS

1. Quotations
- All quotations issued by Fabric House are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
- Quotations are provided based on the details and specifications supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry. Any changes to specifications may result in an amended quotation.

2. Converting a Quote to an Order 
- To proceed with a quotation and convert it into an order, the customer must provide written confirmation via email of their intention to proceed.
- An order is only considered confirmed once Fabric House has received both: written acceptance of the quotation; and full payment of a 100% deposit of the total quoted amount.
- You will provide us with all Personal Information we require to provide you with our Services, including your name, email address, phone and/or mobile number, postal and billing addresses and payment details (including credit card and/or banking information).
- All information supplied by you to us is true and correct.
- You are legally entitled to do so.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- A 100% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation for all custom-made products and services.
- No production, material sourcing, or work will commence until full payment has been received and cleared.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, card payment
- All prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise expressly stated.
- All prices are quoted exclusive of transit costs. If your order is to be delivered by courier, any relevant costs to be charged in relation to transit will be notified to you prior to confirming your order.
- In the event that a computer or technical error results in a misstatement of the price of your order, we may, prior to beginning work on your order, notify you of this and require that you pay us the difference between the amount actually paid by you in respect of your order and the correct amount payable.
4. Order Amendments and Cancellations
- Once an order has been confirmed and the deposit received, no changes or cancellations can be made due to the bespoke nature of the products and services provided.
- In exceptional cases where an amendment is requested before production begins, additional charges may apply at the discretion of Fabric House.
- We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges on any Products if they have been correctly made in accordance with the Product Specifications. 

5. Production and Delivery
- Production and delivery timelines commence only after full payment of the deposit and final order confirmation.
- Estimated production and delivery dates will be provided upon confirmation, but are subject to fabric availability and production capacity.
- Goods will be delivered to Fabric House and must be collected by the customer within 1 week, unless arranged otherwise. After 1 week, items will be moved and additional handling charges will apply.
- In the event that the Products are not produced in accordance with the Product Specifications due to an error on the part of us (or any third party that we work with for the provision of our Services) we will work with you to remedy the issue. 
 - We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order at our sole discretion and without providing any reason.


6. Liability
- Fabric House accepts no liability for any delays or costs incurred by the customer as a result of delays in payment or late order confirmation.
