These terms and conditions govern your use of the Fabric House online store. By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by these terms. If you are unwilling to comply with these terms then you may not use Fabric House online store.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to rectify prices quoted in the invoice, if found to be incorrect. You will be advised if there is a change in price so you can decide whether to continue or cancel your order.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.  In this case we will endeavour to offer a suitable solution, or canel and refund your order in full.

ONLINE PROCESS

Please note that all fabric sales are considered final, and once fabric is cut, refunds or credits cannot be issued. Our online fabric store requires a minimum purchase of 1 meter, and all fabric is sold by the meter.

Fabric House does not accept responsibility for any instances of fabric stretching, shrinking, or colour loss. While we strive for quality, we do not provide guarantees regarding fabric suitability. Customers-provided measurements are the responibilty of the customer. We kindly remind you to exercise care when providing measurements and to double-check them for accuracy.

ONLINE ORDERS

We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below.

CONTENT ACCURACY

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Prices on the site are current at the time of display and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing but are unable to warrant the site be error-free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.

PRIVACY

We prioritise safeguarding our customers' privacy and guarantee not to share any personal information with third parties, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The data we gather is exclusively utilised for order processing, shipping, and maintaining communication with you, should you choose to join our mailing list.

Joining our mailing list is optional. Our mailing list informs customers about new stock arrivals and exclusive deals. You have the option to opt out at any time. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply click the unsubscribe link in the email, or email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and you will be removed immediately.
