Please note that all fabric sales are considered final, and once fabric is cut, refunds or credits cannot be issued. Our online fabric store requires a minimum purchase of 1 meter, and all fabric is sold by the meter.

Fabric House does not accept responsibility for any instances of fabric stretching, shrinking, or colour loss. While we strive for quality, we do not provide guarantees regarding fabric suitability. Customers-provided measurements are the responibilty of the customer. We kindly remind you to exercise care when providing measurements and to double-check them for accuracy.
