Shipping policy

 

We work with Castle Parcels to offer competitive prices and aim to deliver your fabric within 3-5 working days. For large or heavy orders, delivery costs may be adjusted, and we'll reach out before shipping to finalise details. If you're shipping to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, or Stewart Island, additional charges will apply. Deliveries are only within New Zealand and must be to a physical address; we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

Please note we do not ship furniture or curtain tracks - these must be collected instore.
